“I would trade all my tomorrows for one single yesterday” makes for a popular country and western song. However, if that’s your philosophy on life, then you don’t have a future. It may be that some thinking needs to be readjusted. It could be that some new goals need to be instituted. The possibility exists that the wrong voices have influenced you.

The hope of the Christian is to get out of this place and enjoy eternity.

Revelation 21:1-4

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.  And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”

What a day that will be
When my Jesus I shall see
And I look upon His face
The One who saved me by His grace
When He takes me by the hand
And leads me through the Promised Land
What a day, glorious day that will be

Think about it.
