Annoying

“Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.”

                                                                             ― Oscar Wilde

What Oscar probably didn’t know is that in the first century the Apostle Paul knew this principle. Now follow Oscar and Paul’s advice and go out there and apply it.

Romans 12:20-21

Therefore, if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirsts, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

The following translation puts it this way:

Romans 12:20-21-20-21 The Message (MSG)

Our Scriptures tell us that if you see your enemy hungry, go buy that person lunch, or if he’s thirsty, get him a drink. Your generosity will surprise him with goodness. Don’t let evil get the best of you; get the best of evil by doing good.

Give it some application.
