In 1969 Frank Sinatra came out with a song entitled, “My Way.” If you have ever read the life of old “blue eyes,” you would discover that his way was not the way to a happy life. His many marriages and multiple affairs only led to bouts of depression. God has a better way for anyone who desires it.
And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left.
There is severe discipline for him who forsakes the way; whoever hates reproof will die.
How many people enjoyed hearing that song when all the time it was a lie?
