Memory

As you get older, three things happen. The first is your memory goes, and I can’t remember the other two.

–       Norman Wisdom

I don’t know when it started to slip, but it sure has. Things get done, but it just takes a little more time. A house repair project must include the time spent looking for the hammer. I know neither one of us left the room, but that tool just disappeared.

Now there are some memories we can’t afford to lose. Here is a list before I forget.

Psalm 145:7

They shall utter the memory of Your great goodness, and shall sing of Your righteousness.

Proverbs 10:7

The memory of the righteous is blessed, but the name of the wicked will rot.

Now if you recall these verses, they will help you finish well.  Give it some thought.
