I step into my storage shed and stare blankly into space. The question on my mind is, “What did I come here for?” Seems like at this juncture in my life, thoughts are hard to hold. Understandable, I guess, while floating down the river of time.
Sure am glad God doesn’t have those problems with His thoughts.
Psalm 139:17-18
How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God!
How great is the sum of them!
If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand;
When I awake, I am still with You.
Isaiah 55:8-9
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, declares the Lord. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.”
God is thinking about you, but are you thinking about Him? Give it some thought and don’t forget it.
