“Cherish all your happy moments: they make a fine cushion for old age.”
― Christopher Morley
Christopher went back to the old photographs gathering dust in his mind and realized life had given him the pleasure of many an experience while flowing down the river of time. He deleted the bad pictures and fawned over the ones that were a blessing.
Psalm 77:11
“I will remember the deeds of the Lord; yes, I will remember Your wonders of old.”
Psalm 103:2
“Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits.”
Deuteronomy 8:2
“And you shall remember the whole way that the Lord your God has led you these forty years in the wilderness…”
Psalm 143:5
“I remember the days of old; I meditate on all that you have done; I ponder the work of Your hands.”
There are some good things back there. Don’t forget them. Give it some thought.
