The word is predictability, meaning capable of being predicted or known in advance. Humans believe they have a handle on that when it comes to the weather. Does the Bible address this concept? Glad you asked.
He answered them, “When it is evening, you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red.’ And in the morning, ‘It will be stormy today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times.”
Forget the weather predictions. What about predicting where you’ll be in the future? Jesus did address the importance of prediction based on the Scriptures. How about opening the Bible and making some educated guesses? Give it some consideration.
